How to deposit with DuitNow at MEGA63, step by step
- Log in at mega63.com and open the Deposit tab. No account yet? Register with a phone number first.
- Choose DuitNow from the methods shown for your account and enter the amount — RM5 minimum.
- Copy the recipient details and reference displayed for that deposit. Use them exactly as shown — the reference is what matches the transfer to your account.
- Make the DuitNow transfer from your own bank or e-wallet app to those details, and keep the receipt.
- Check the Rekod tab. The balance updates once the deposit is processed; timing can vary.
DuitNow versus the other methods at MEGA63
| Method | Where you pay from | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| DuitNow | Your bank or e-wallet app (instant transfer) | The recipient details and reference shown for that deposit; the transfer status in your own app |
| Touch ’n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost | The e-wallet app | The wallet shows as available; recipient details match — see the Touch ’n Go guide |
| FPX | Online banking through the bank’s page | The supported bank and the outcome shown after the bank authorises |
| Direct bank transfer | Your bank app | The transfer option, recipient and reference shown now — never reuse an old receipt |
If the balance does not update
Check your bank app first: did the DuitNow transfer succeed, stay pending, fail or get refunded? The status on the bank side can differ from the credit status at MEGA63. Then check the Rekod tab. If it is still missing, send the amount, time, method and reference to Customer Service — not a PIN, password or one-time code. Do not make a second transfer while the first is unresolved; the delayed-deposit checklist sets out the order.
Scam checks before you pay
- The recipient details come from inside your logged-in account at mega63.com — not from a chat message, a group or an advert.
- The address bar shows mega63.com. Only mega63.com and mega63official.com are MEGA63 websites; mega63.app is not.
- The published minimums are RM5 in and RM50 out. A page promising anything else is not this operator.
- Nobody at MEGA63 needs your DuitNow PIN, bank PIN or one-time code.
Common questions about DuitNow deposits
Does MEGA63 accept DuitNow deposits?
Yes. DuitNow is one of the deposit methods listed on the MEGA63 portal, alongside Touch ’n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, FPX and direct bank transfer. Availability for your account is shown in the Deposit tab.
What is the minimum DuitNow deposit?
RM5 — the same minimum as every method at MEGA63. The minimum withdrawal is RM50.
How long does a DuitNow deposit take to be credited?
A DuitNow transfer usually arrives instantly on the bank side, but the time the account balance updates can vary. Check the transfer status in your bank app first, then the Rekod tab; send the amount, time and reference to Customer Service if the balance has not updated.
Can I withdraw via DuitNow?
The payout methods available to your account are shown when you make the request in the Cuci tab, minimum RM50. Check there; do not assume a method is available before seeing it.
Before the first deposit
Decide the amount before opening the Deposit tab and treat it as the cost of entertainment. Match the recipient details shown against what you type into the bank app, then pay once.
Keep the receipt until the balance shows the deposit. An RM5 deposit with an RM50 minimum withdrawal means the balance has to grow before anything can be paid out — the RM5 slots guide is honest about that.
